From Honolulu International Airport:
Turn right onto Nimitz Highway and travel for approximately 8 miles.
Take Nimitz Highway to Kalakaua for one block.
Kuhio Avenue veers left off Kalakaua.
Royal Kuhio's main entrance is on Kuhio Avenue.
If arriving by taxi, unloading only is permitted at the front entrance to Royal Kuhio on Kuhio Avenue.
The parking entrance is on Seaside Avenue.

Other Information

Reservations cancelled 41 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
Reservations cancelled less than 41 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint or refundable cash deposit of $50 per security key and $25 parking deposit is required at time of check-in.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

Due to the fire code on Oahu, occupancy limits are very restricted at Royal Kuhio and will be enforced. Access may be denied for non-compliance. Limits apply to all ages, including infants.

Front desk hours are from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. daily. Occasionally the front desk is closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. and is closed Christmas Day. Guests who arrive outside of front desk hours must go to the security office. The security officer will provide keys and check-in instructions. Guests must register the following day at the check-in office.

Assigned parking for one vehicle per unit is available. After receiving keys, proceed directly to the parking facility and the unit's assigned stall.

Policies

You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
