Reservations cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival for arrivals between 1/4/05-12/7/05 and 12/13/05-12/18/05 will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, including tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival for arrivals between 12/8/05-12/12/05 and 12/19/05-12/31/05 will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of two nights' stay, including tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival for arrivals between 12/8/05-12/12/05 and 12/19/05-12/31/05 will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
A 25 USD change fee applies once reservation is confirmed.
A credit card imprint is required at time of check-in for telephone and any other incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
